I'm Peter Herran, a technology professional with 20 years across delivery and professional services, endpoint management, enterprise content management, and channel and alliance leadership for enterprise and government clients.

I design and run complex delivery programs, scale partner-led capability, and translate technical outcomes into commercial results — A$20M+ in client savings, 800% year-on-year endpoint sales growth, and 164% year-on-year partner-sourced revenue growth.

I've worked all three sides of the table — vendor, partner and customer. At Apple I led the ANZ partner professional services program, building enablement frameworks and playbooks that were adopted globally, and that grounding in Apple and Jamf endpoint programs still runs through the delivery and alliance work I do today.

Channel Sales Manager

Owned end-to-end channel and alliance strategy for the ANZ partner ecosystem across cybersecurity, eDiscovery and data analytics. Designed the partner program — tiering, deal registration, incentives, governance — and grew partner revenue 164% year on year to A$10.5M by consolidating to six strategic accounts.

Endpoint Solutions Manager

Ran delivery and go-to-market for Apple endpoint services across enterprise and government customers, including major NSW Government rollouts of Apple and Jamf. Managed indirect relationships with Apple and Jamf, achieving 800% year-on-year Mac sales growth.

Professional Services Engineer — Field Sales Engineering (ANZ)

Led Apple's ANZ partner professional services program: partner selection, onboarding, certification pathways, capability benchmarking and ongoing enablement. Scaled the partner cohort by 24 certified consultants in year one, and built enablement frameworks and technical playbooks adopted across EMEIA and the Americas as a global standard for partner capability uplift. Delivered strategic professional services engagements for large enterprises across Australia, the UK and the US.

Solutions architect and principal consultant on large-scale customer experience, portal, and content/integration programs for enterprise clients — serving as both solutions architect and delivery lead. Delivered A$20M+ in client savings through licensing optimisation, audit defence and compliance advisory, built business cases, TCO models and variance analysis to support executive investment decisions, and led cross-functional delivery teams and vendor/partner relationships to hit client KPIs on time.
